Do you want to develop your skills in project management in an organization where you collaborate with many different functions and contribute to important improvement initiatives? As a Junior IT Project Manager with us, you'll lead IT projects while receiving support and knowledge-sharing from a team of experienced project managers. This is a full-time temporary position through October 2027, based in Stockholm, and you'll report to the Head of IT Project Management Office. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be responsible for driving and coordinating small to medium-sized IT-related projects from start to finish. The projects vary in scope and may include developing digital working methods, improving internal processes, implementing new IT solutions, or coordinating change initiatives within the organization. You'll play an important role in planning, following up, and ensuring progress together with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders. You'll coordinate activities, track deliverables, communicate status, and manage changes that arise along the way. You'll work according to Lantmännen's project model and receive support from experienced colleagues and mentors in the team. The role involves many contact points, and you'll collaborate with specialists in areas such as development, infrastructure, security, and digital workplace. You'll become part of our IT Project Management Office, which consists of eleven engaged colleagues. Here, independent work is combined with close collaboration where people enjoy supporting and learning from each other. What You Need to Succeed and Thrive You have: Experience coordinating, planning, or following up activities, assignments, or projects in some form. An interest in IT and digital development, and a desire to develop your project management skills. The ability to create structure, plan work, and drive activities forward. Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with different types of stakeholders, both within the organization and with technical specialists. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with or understanding of IT-related operations, systems, or projects is a plus. You are: Structured and strong at planning, with the ability to create order even when conditions change. Action-oriented and take responsibility for driving work forward and making things happen. Communicative and confident in creating connections with different people and stakeholders. Independent in your work approach while contributing to the team's collective success. Curious and solution-oriented with a desire to learn new areas and ways of working.
