About the Role As a junior ILS engineer (Integrated Logistics Support), you will be an important part of the development department and contribute to creating reliable, cost-effective, and easy-to-maintain systems. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive an introduction to both methodology and tools within the ILS field. In this role, you will conduct maintenance analyses, both independently and in groups, and provide recommendations on service intervals, replacement of wear parts, spare parts inventory management, how service is performed, and more. Examples of other tasks: Ensure maintainability when replacing existing components and in new design solutions Assist the marketing department with ILS expertise during the quotation phase Conduct technical analyses of the system to ensure that maintenance can be performed efficiently Document maintenance methods and participate in the development of technical publications Create and optimize spare parts supply based on the customer's operational profile, organization, and inventory management Create training materials Participate in design testing and reviews together with the customer Maintain contact with suppliers on maintenance-related matters Required Qualifications Post-secondary education with a technical focus. Alternatively, you have work experience that is assessed as equivalent Good technical understanding and interest in how systems and designs work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Swedish citizenship as the position is security-classified Desirable Qualifications Experience from defense or military operations Experience from maintenance, reliability, or design work Experience working in technical projects or cross-functional teams About You To thrive in this role, we see that you are analytical and structured with the ability to see the big picture.
