About the role and examples of tasks
We are now seeking a consultant who wants to be part of an important development project where a new HR system will be implemented. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both HR administration and system-related change management in an organization working to digitalize and develop its HR processes.
As a junior HR consultant, you will support the HR team with the implementation of a new HR system. You will work with administration, document management, and data quality assurance, and help ensure the transition to the new system occurs in a structured and efficient manner.
Examples of tasks:
Participate in the implementation of a new HR system.
Transfer contracts, certificates, and other personnel-related documentation to the new system.
Ensure quality and structure in personnel data and documentation.
Manage and organize digital personnel files.
Provide administrative support to the HR function in daily operations.
Support various HR processes and business-related projects.
Perform other administrative tasks that may arise within the scope of the assignment.
The role involves many points of contact and is suitable for you if you appreciate combining structure and administration with collaboration and service.
Your background, experience, and skills
We are looking for someone who has:
Post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, behavioral science, or equivalent.
Approximately 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Basic understanding of HR processes.
Good administrative skills and a structured work approach.
Strong skills in the Microsoft Office package.
Experience working digitally and an interest in systems, digitalization, and new ways of working.
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
Experience from internships, student work, or a previous junior HR role.
Experience in HR administration.
Experience working with HR systems or other administrative systems.
Experience with document management and recording of personal data.

You work in a structured and careful manner, enjoy administrative tasks, and have a natural ability to build good relationships. Additionally, you are unpretentious, service-oriented, and take initiative while knowing when to ask for support. Good to know
You will be employed as a consultant at Jurek and work on assignment with our client. The assignment is 75-100 percent and runs for six months, with planned start in September or October.
