Are you at the beginning of your HR career and looking for a role where you can both develop and make a difference? We're seeking someone who wants to grow into the breadth of HR work, gain valuable experience, and contribute to social benefit and sustainability in a real future-oriented industry!
About the Position
We're now hiring a junior HR generalist who wants to join our HR team. In this role, you'll work closely with our operations and enjoy a varied day-to-day with everything from recruitment and onboarding to personnel administration, workplace environment work, ongoing HR matters, and payroll preparation.
This is a role where you get to test, learn, and develop – no two days are alike and you'll work with everything from small details to larger initiatives. As you grow in the role, you'll have the opportunity to develop from administrative and operational tasks to taking on more strategic elements within HR.
About You
We're seeking someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to develop in a broad role, from daily operational tasks to eventually contributing to more developmental and long-term matters. You are organized, receptive, and communicative, and feel comfortable interacting with people while being thorough in your work.
You are driven, take personal responsibility for your tasks, meet deadlines, and provide feedback. The role requires that you can handle multiple parallel matters, prioritize correctly, and ensure clear communication. With your thoroughness and willingness to learn, you contribute to quality in HR processes and become valued support for both managers and employees.
We're in a development phase, including a change of HR and payroll systems, and we'd like to see that you're curious about how HR data, analysis, and new ways of working can contribute to better decisions and more efficient processes.
