Job Responsibilities As a business sales representative with us, you will work for our electricity trading company Energi2 and have contact with companies throughout Sweden in various industries. As part of the team, you will actively work with: New customer acquisition Customer contact via phone and email Conducting needs analyses and offering customized solutions What We Offer You A fixed monthly salary with a generous commission An exciting and developmental role in a growing company Coaching and feedback conversations Who Are You? Have at least 1 year of experience in new customer acquisition Fluently speak and write both Swedish and English You are motivated by goals, maintaining high customer activity, and achieving results You have strong teamwork skills and thrive in close collaboration with others Meritorious Post-secondary education in sales or similar field Training We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin the employment with one week of internal training in the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. The training takes place on-site with full pay. About the Position Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30. Employment terms: Permanent, 6-month probation period.
