Don Juan is a classic Ro-Ro ship operating in various parts of the world with a wonderful team onboard. Don Juan operates on charter for Japanese Seven Seals and moves in and between Asia, Tanzania, and Kenya. About the Position The role of Junior Ship Engineer onboard Don Juan involves variety, problem-solving, and collaboration with your colleagues in the engine department. This position can be perfect for you if you are relatively newly graduated, or alternatively have previous experience. In this role, your work tasks will include: Operation and monitoring Safety and documentation Maintenance and repairs Technical support to other ship engineers onboard Onboard Don Juan, both Filipino and Swedish crew work together. Since we have a mixed crew, we speak English onboard. Terms The position is a permanent employment, beginning with a standard probationary period Tour length: approximately 8 weeks Start date by mutual agreement.
