Junior Finance and Project Coordinator at Entreo Entreprenad Entreo Entreprenad is seeking a driven and organized junior finance and project coordinator who wants to grow with an expanding construction company. We currently have 11 skilled workers in the field and two people in the office. To strengthen our administration, financial management, project planning, and customer service, we are now looking for an additional person to join our office team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career in finance or administration who enjoys working with numbers, people, planning, and basic sales. Responsibilities Your main tasks will include: Create, review, and send customer invoices. Handle supplier invoices, receipts, and material documentation. Verify that work hours, materials, service vehicles, and subcontractors are registered to the correct project. Compile invoice documentation for ongoing and completed work. Administer ROT documentation. Follow up on unpaid invoices and payment reminders. Compile documentation for change orders and additional work. Assist with planning personnel, work starts, and material deliveries. Receive and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. Ask relevant questions to gather the right information about the customer's desired work. Schedule site visits and follow up with potential customers. Present the company's services and guide customers to the right solution. Follow up on submitted quotes and handle basic sales of incoming jobs. Maintain contact with new and existing customers during the quote process. Support project management with ongoing administration. Liaise with the company's accounting firm and provide complete documentation. Tasks will be adapted to your experience. You will receive training and support and are not expected to independently handle financial closings, tax filings, advanced accounting, or technical estimation of large construction projects. We are looking for someone who Has education in finance, administration, sales, or equivalent. Is thorough, organized, and responsible. Is comfortable working in digital systems. Has basic knowledge of Excel and other Office programs. Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Is comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email. Is service-oriented and has a natural interest in sales. Works well with different professional groups. Can prioritize and stay organized when managing multiple projects simultaneously. Is curious, solution-oriented, and wants to develop in the role. Previous experience in invoicing, finance administration, the construction industry, project planning, customer service, or sales is a merit but not a requirement.
