Junior Business Developer

About the Position We are looking for a Junior Business Developer who wants to grow within business development and contribute to the company's continued growth. You will work closely with the company's management and colleagues and have the opportunity to develop your skills in market analysis, customer relations, and business development. This is a junior role where you will receive support and guidance and progressively develop your responsibilities based on experience and competence. Responsibilities Your main tasks will include: Conducting basic research on markets, industries, and potential customers. Compiling information about customers, competitors, and market developments. Identifying and documenting potential customers and business opportunities. Assisting in the preparation of presentations, customer materials, and basic market analyses. Supporting the company's efforts to identify new customers and business partners. Updating and organizing customer and market information. Following up on activities and compiling results. Assisting colleagues and management with administrative tasks related to business development. Participating in meetings and other business development activities. Being involved in the company's daily operations and, when needed, supporting administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities may develop over time as you gain more experience and knowledge about the business. About You We are looking for someone who is: Curious and interested in business and entrepreneurship. Analytical and thorough. Structured and organized. Proactive and eager to learn new things. Good at communicating and collaborating with others. Flexible and willing to help with various tasks in daily operations. Qualifications Relevant higher education or equivalent education in, for example, economics, business administration, marketing, management, or another relevant field. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
