We are a salad bar and café designed as a foodbar that mainly sells large quantities of salads, baguettes and wraps – which we mix and build to order. We also have some warm dishes and homemade soups. That usually comes with a coffee or two, often together with something delicious baked goods. We also have breakfast sales, as well as catering for both private customers and especially for companies.
With us, it's about stepping up and being able to handle the wide range of products to be an outstanding Joy's employee!
The job tasks include:
- Food preparation; salads, baguettes, wraps etc.
- Receiving deliveries
- Barista skills to make lattes, cappuccinos etc. (we'll train you on site)
- Daily cleaning and deep cleaning
- Dishwashing
- Cash register/Customer service
- Establish good contact with new and regular customers
- Kitchen prep
- Collaborate with colleagues
- Continuously learn new things
- Taking initiative for what needs to be done
- Upselling
Above all, you need to be able to handle several of these tasks at the same time – multitasking!
We're looking for someone who always strives to perform at 100%, and who always puts our guests in focus through a family-friendly and personal approach.

We're recruiting for two different positions. One position involves approximately 4-5 days per week with working hours primarily between 06.00-20.00. The other involves approximately 2-3 shifts per week (by agreement) covering evenings and weekends (working hours: weekdays approximately 15-20, weekends approximately 9-18). You should also be able to work extra on short notice occasionally, as well as during holidays and vacation periods.
Salary according to collective agreement.
