On-Call Building Technician

Snabba Ryck Fastighetsjour & Drift is seeking a self-motivated On-Call Building Technician with a strong understanding of quality workmanship. As an On-Call Building Technician, you will be part of a highly skilled team of technicians working evenings, nights, and weekends. You will perform emergency maintenance and repairs at our customers' properties, which range from commercial spaces of various sizes, offices, service facilities, elderly care homes, schools, and residential properties throughout Stockholm. We are looking for someone with broad expertise in building operations and maintenance. You are self-driven and must have a good grasp of troubleshooting methodology. You thrive with varied and challenging tasks, and you should be able to make rational decisions in unexpected and new situations. Additionally, you must be excellent at communicating with customers and have the ability to understand their needs.
