What does it mean to be a nurse with us?
Work shifts are scheduled active hours 16.00-05.00 with on-call availability until 08.00. You will work on a fixed schedule with weekend duty every 3rd weekend.
You will work from home when the operations allow and live in Nacka or Värmdö. You are responsible for health and medical care at a number of care and residential facilities. You perform scheduled visits and acute assessments and provide telephone advice to facility staff. We work with evidence-based decision support.
You are a support for patients, relatives and staff.
We provide a company vehicle.
Who are you?
You enjoy working independently and having the freedom to structure your workdays
You are confident in your role as a nurse with at least 3 years of experience and can make quick decisions
You take initiative, dare to speak up and can manage multiple tasks
You enjoy having a leadership role and supporting your colleagues
You are experienced at structuring and organizing your work
You want to make a difference for our elderly and are always friendly in your interactions
You are a good driver
You are comfortable working in different medical record systems
A driver's license and computer skills are required, as is the ability to express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Specialist training or experience from acute care, home healthcare, palliative care and geriatrics is an asset.
