You see the value in small progress and have the ability to build trusting relationships over time.
We Offer
Meaningful work where you make a difference every day.
Introduction and support in the assignment.
An engaged team with a focus on quality and collaboration.
Opportunity to develop your knowledge in AAC, communication, and educational support.
Previous experience in personal assistance, AAC, autism, or intellectual disability is a merit.
"We especially value you who understand that relationship, patience, and trust are the foundation of good personal assistance work. In this assignment, it is often more important to be able to adjust your pace to match the individual than to drive the process yourself."
To thrive and grow in your role as a personal assistant, you need to have a well-grounded view of humanity where the equal value of all people is self-evident.

Good self-awareness, attentiveness, and flexibility are also important qualities.
