We at StudentConsulting in Stockholm are now looking for a committed job matcher who wants to work part-time alongside your studies and help people advance into employment or education. In this role, you will coach, guide, and match job seekers through individual conversations, workshops, and other labor market initiatives. The work is characterized by a clear focus on results, with the goal of supporting participants throughout the entire job search process and creating the best possible conditions for them to achieve employment or begin their studies. The role also includes administrative tasks and some outreach work. When needed, you will also support the department with tasks in recruitment and HR administration. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Since the position involves some fixed staffing hours, we prefer that you study online, write your thesis, or otherwise have a flexible study schedule. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be social, trustworthy, and have an easy way of building good relationships with people in different situations. You work independently, take great personal responsibility, and have a good ability to structure and plan your work. You are motivated by supporting others in their development and have a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their goals. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR REQUIREMENTS to be considered for the position: - You are a student at a college or university (at least 50%) and have AT LEAST 6 months remaining in your studies. You can provide a certificate showing your current studies, previous work experience, and previous completed studies. - Can work at least 16 hours per week. - Can work on-site 2-3 days per week at our office in central Stockholm. - You have very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English. - You meet either alternative 1 or 2: 1. - Have completed at least 180 higher education credits at university level (120 credits according to the previous system) in: working life, organization and personnel management, career guidance, business administration, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or within social work programs, or another relevant field. - AND at least two years of full-time equivalent work experience in any field. 2. - Have completed at least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results. - AND at least three (3) years of full-time equivalent work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks mentioned below: - Management with personnel responsibility. - Recruitment. - Transition work for job seekers. - Career guidance. - HR case handling (not solely HR administration). - Work with labor and labor market issues. - Work with social and group psychology. - Career counseling. Meritorious: - You should have good computer skills. - We prefer that you have previously worked with coaching, mentoring, guidance, and/or recruitment and staffing. - As a person, you are thorough, flexible, creative, and skilled in conversation with other people. You enjoy a fast pace and thrive working both independently and in a team. You are skilled at inspiring and motivating others, and are helpful and confident in yourself. You value diversity in people and have great understanding of the impact that differences can have. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of additional languages.
