Then this is the role for you! About Us The Business and Labor Market Department is one of eight operations within the Administration for Labor Market, Culture and Leisure. The department's mission is to equip Solna residents for work, studies or entrepreneurship, and to work toward developing the business climate in the city in collaboration with the business community. Jobbfabriken is the operation that serves people who are not studying or working, who are coached to approach the labor market and move into employment or studies. We are looking for a job coach who wants to work with people who have been long-term unemployed and who need support and guidance to find their way back to the labor market. As a job coach, you will, among other things: - Build trusting relationships and provide individually tailored support. - Help adults identify their strengths, set goals and develop their skills. - Have difficult conversations and coach participants through setbacks and challenges. - Create networks with employers, education providers and other relevant stakeholders. - Plan and implement creative and flexible interventions to meet each individual's unique needs. Who Are We Looking For? - Post-secondary education, behavioral sciences or similar education deemed relevant for the position - Experience coaching individuals with special needs. - Experience handling difficult conversations and meeting people in vulnerable situations. - Experience working with people who are far from the labor market. To succeed in this role, you are unpretentious, confident in yourself with a humble attitude toward people's different life circumstances. You are a team player, but at the same time independent and accustomed to driving your own work forward. As a person, you are resilient and flexible, with the ability to think innovatively and adapt to different situations. As a Job Coach, you are committed and passionate about creating opportunities for adults to reach their full potential. You have good communication skills and your own drive, with a natural ability to take initiative and solve problems.
