Then this assignment is for you! About Us The Business and Labor Market Department is one of eight operations within the Administration for Labor Market, Culture and Recreation. The department's mission is to equip Solna residents for work, studies or entrepreneurship, and to work toward developing the business climate in the city in collaboration with the business community. Jobbfabriken is the operation that serves people who are not studying or working, who are coached to approach the labor market and move into work or studies. We are looking for a job coach who wants to work with people who have been long-term unemployed and who need support and guidance to find their way back to the labor market. As a job coach, you will, among other things: Build trusting relationships and provide individually tailored support. Help adults identify their strengths, set goals and develop their skills. Conduct difficult conversations and coach participants through setbacks and challenges. Create networks with employers, educational actors and other relevant stakeholders. Plan and implement creative and flexible interventions to meet each individual's unique needs. Who Are We Looking For? Post-secondary education, behavioral science or similar education deemed relevant for the position Experience coaching people with special needs. Experience handling difficult conversations and meeting people in vulnerable situations. Experience working with people far from the labor market. To succeed in the role, you are humble, confident in yourself with a humble attitude toward people's different life conditions. You are a team player, but at the same time independent and accustomed to driving your own work forward. As a person, you are persistent and flexible, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to different situations. As a Job Coach, you are engaged and passionate about creating opportunities for adults to reach their full potential. You have good communication skills and have your own drive, with a natural ability to take initiative and solve problems.
