We use a structured approach and maintain close collaboration between our employees, operating from multiple offices throughout Sweden. We make a difference by helping people find the right job and matching the right talents with our clients.
Your Role as Job Coach
In this role, you'll become a key person in matching the right talents with the right workplaces. You'll work both supporting individuals and building networks with companies. Your main responsibilities include:
Coach and Guide: Map out participants' needs, strengths, and goals. You plan and conduct individual support meetings and activities to help them move closer to the job market.
Build Employer Contacts: Actively seek out new, exciting companies and nurture existing relationships to find new job opportunities.
Create Matches: Identify and present qualified candidates to employers, with the goal of creating successful placements.
Follow Up: Continuously monitor participants' progress and adapt support based on their advancement.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with a strong interest in people and who is motivated to provide first-class service. You are self-driven, thorough, and creative, with the ability to build good relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, both independently and in a team.
You are solution-focused with a coaching mindset and driven by seeing concrete results. Inspiring others and valuing diversity come naturally to you. If you have experience in coaching and/or recruitment, that's a great plus.
Qualifications and Required Competencies
To succeed in the role of job coach with us, you need to meet one of the following qualification requirements:
Option 1:
At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results.
At least three years of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas:
Management with personnel responsibility
Recruitment
Transition work for job seekers
Study and career guidance
Personnel administration (excluding only personnel administration)
Work with employment and labor market issues
Work with social and group psychology
Career counseling
Option 2:
At least 180 higher education credits (or equivalent from vocational college).
At least two years of full-time experience working with coaching or similar tasks within, for example, staffing and recruitment.
Beyond this, we see that you have:
Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Very good knowledge of using computer-based programs (Word, PowerPoint, email, internet).
Good knowledge of English.
