We are now looking for a trustworthy, calm, and stable personal assistant for our 4-year-old son. Do you have experience in care work or working with children? About the Position Our client lives with his family on a farm just outside Jönköping, which means you will be surrounded by animals and nature. The boy is tube-fed and has a tracheostomy, which means he requires constant supervision and monitoring. You will be a trusted person who can contribute to stimulation and play. What We Require We are looking for someone who is responsible and has great care skills. You understand what it's like to work with a small child in a family and the interaction that requires. You need to be attentive and able to read and sense when to step back and when to step forward. You have experience working with tracheostomy or working with children. However, the greatest weight will be placed on your personal qualities and your ability to interact well with the boy and his family. To be considered for this position, you must be fluent in Swedish in speech and writing, be a non-smoker, and not be allergic to fur-bearing animals. You must have a driver's license and access to a car, as there is no public transportation to the family's home.
