Sales are conducted through outbound calls to existing and/or new customers. We work with unlimited commission, so your own effort determines your income! By setting your home goals, you decide how much time to spend on work, while regardless of how long you work, you are paid for a full workday! It is an advantage if you have worked in sales in some form previously, but it is not a requirement. We believe that willingness and commitment are the most important factors—we will help you with the knowledge and skills! To help you succeed in your work, we offer a joint introductory week for new employees with basic sales and product training. The position starts at 75% so you can settle in and get a good start with us. With good results, there is an opportunity to work 85-100% after the probation period.
