We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team as a personal assistant for our female client in Örebro. What does this position involve? We need a positive, confident and social person who wants to make everyday life a bit more enjoyable and easier. The work involves being a support in daily life, helping with personal care when needed, and most importantly being someone who loves to come up with activities and seize the day. You also help the client with household chores. You are preferably proactive, cheerful and encouraging, and enjoy participating in activities, outings and other small or large adventures. It is important that you are attentive, flexible and have a talent for spreading positive energy. We see that you are confident in your role as an assistant and can sense when you need to step back as well as take charge of situations that arise. If you have an interest in music, cooking and baking, that's a plus. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would like you to: • be able to understand and communicate in Swedish. • have a genuine interest in helping others. • be able to work flexible hours - day, evening and weekends as needed, and awake nights. • have experience in care and support (this is a plus, but not a requirement). • have experience with diabetes. • have experience with tactile sign support. • be confident in yourself. Other information Employment type: Fixed-term for the duration of the assistance assignment Scope: We will fill multiple positions, one position at 75% and a large need for substitutes Possible night shift at approximately 90% Work hours: 08.00-15.00, 15.00-21.00, 21.00-08.00 Start date: immediately, or by agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
