We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our male client in Mölnlycke. What does this role involve? We are seeking personal assistants for a social and active man in Mölnlycke. As a personal assistant in this role, you will be social, active, and supportive. Working hours include day/evening, night, and weekends. You will be part of a team that works together to create a safe assistance, daily routine, and social environment for the client. The work involves being with the client in his daily life, physically assisting him with tasks he cannot manage on his own, and providing support. The client enjoys outdoor activities, travel, and swimming. Who are we looking for? We are seeking someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We value strong collaboration skills and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. We would prefer that you: have a genuine interest in helping others. are handy and take initiative. have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. can work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekends. have experience in care and support. have experience with Stroke (this is a plus). Additional Information Employment type: Hourly position transitioning to fixed-term contract Scope: 70-85% Working hours: Scheduled as needed Start date: October We apply individual salary determination and have a collective agreement.
