We are now looking for you to work as a personal assistant for a younger man in Arvika. What does this role involve? Here you will have the opportunity to work together with others to create and maintain a functioning daily life for our client. We are looking for someone who can work on an hourly basis as needed (sick leave and vacations), as well as a person who wants to work on a temporary contract for approximately 50%. The work includes typical assistant tasks, such as support with personal care, household work and activities, such as walks, visits to friends and acquaintances, and other activities outside the home. The man uses a wheelchair and needs help with transfers using a ceiling lift, hygiene tasks, assistance, and household chores such as cooking, laundry and cleaning. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is dedicated, respectful and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would like you to: be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. have a genuine interest in helping others be able to work flexible hours - day, evening and weekends, possibly awake nights have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). have experience working as a personal assistant have an interest in cooking and enjoy preparing meals have a driver's license Other information Employment form: On-call employment + a temporary contract for approximately 50% Scope: As needed, plus a temporary contract for approximately 50% Working hours: 07.00-15.30, 15.00-22.00 and awake nights 21.30-07.30 (The temporary contract includes day and evening shifts) Start date: By agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
