Work as a Personal Assistant for Our Female Client in Nora

We are currently looking for someone who wants to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Nora. What does this role involve? You will work with an elderly woman in her best years. She is social and enjoys activities when her condition allows. Here you will be a helping hand both physically and mentally. You will need to help with practical tasks such as mobility assistance, personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation. You will also provide support with phone calls and communication with others. We see that you have experience in care work and a good understanding of people's different needs. We are looking for someone willing to work part-time and as needed. Shifts are primarily scheduled during days, evenings, and every other weekend. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is dedicated, respectful, and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would like to see that you: have a genuine interest in helping others. can understand and communicate in Swedish. can work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends. have experience in care and healthcare. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). Other Information Employment type: Fixed-term for the duration of the assistant assignment, plus on-call employment Scope: approximately 50% Working hours: Weekdays 09:30-15:00 and 18:00-22:10; Weekends 10:00-15:00 and 18:00-22:10 Start date: Immediately by agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
