We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in Eastern Blekinge and surrounding areas! What does the job as a personal assistant entail? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. There you help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, household management, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a real difference and enable another person's daily life to function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. Being able to contribute daily to enabling a person to live their life as they wish—we believe that's the world's most important job. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for. We would like it if you: have a genuine interest in helping others. can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. can work flexible hours—day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights. have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
