Quality Travel is now seeking dedicated guides to Andorra, the heart of the Pyrenees' largest ski area, for the winter season 2026–2027. What does it mean to work as a guide with us? Since 2009, Quality Travel has been the specialist in unforgettable ski trips to Andorra, and we are the country's official representative in Sweden. As a guide with us, you become a key person who delivers high-quality service and unique memories to our travelers. Your responsibilities include slope tours, transfer services, hotel assistance, and administration. You work independently, but always with strong support and close collaboration within our experienced and enthusiastic guide team. No two days are the same – and our many returning guides describe the job as one of the most fun and rewarding they've had! Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is passionate about skiing and enjoys meeting new people of all ages. The work requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude toward unexpected situations. You are social, driven, and see opportunities rather than problems. As a guide, you represent Quality Travel to our travelers and partners and actively contribute to creating the best possible travel experience. A workplace like no other At Quality Travel, you get snow-covered mountains and freshly groomed slopes as your workplace, with sun 300 days a year. We offer you a lift pass for the entire season, shared accommodation, access to ski equipment, work clothes, and travel to and from Sweden, monthly salary, and meal allowance.
