The goal is for this role to contribute to increased quality for service users, relatives, and operations. The position is shared, meaning one part consists of the quality responsibility and the other part involves regular nursing assistant duties in the facility. The scope of the quality responsibility may vary over time based on operational needs.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, daytime.
The role has existed for a few years, certain workflows and methods are established, but there is still opportunity for development of the position.

WORK DUTIES
The role of nursing assistant with quality responsibility involves supporting colleagues in translating theories and methods into practical work, being a good role model, and contributing to an individual-centered and salutogenic approach. You will ensure that routines and methods are followed, provide support with risk assessments, incident management, self-inspections, and improvement measures.
The role can also involve participation in various development projects and working groups. You support work with BPSD registrations, Senior Alert, the role of designated care contact/contact person, documentation, and introduction of new colleagues. The role is very flexible and guided by operational needs.
There is currently one person in the nursing assistant with quality responsibility role. Our goal with this recruitment is for you to be two people sharing the role. We see an advantage in working partly on the units to be able to see and support colleagues in direct work, but also have good knowledge of the entire operation. Based on this, it is especially important that you have good collaboration skills since you will work closely with your colleague in the role.
You will also receive thorough and good introduction from someone already in the role.
QUALIFICATIONS
The role requires pedagogical ability, interest in mentoring, and good collaboration skills. You need to keep yourself updated within relevant subject areas and be well-grounded in current legislation.
• Nursing assistant training with protected professional title
B driving license, specialist nursing assistant training, or experience from regular or special housing is advantageous.
If you have experience with the Life Care management system, this is also advantageous.
Employment type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: The position will be filled by mutual agreement.
