We are now seeking production workers for part-time positions with good forklift experience for our client in Norrköping. Do you have good driving experience with counterbalance forklifts and previously worked as a machine operator? Read on! About the Position We are now looking for students or individuals with other employment who have time to work extra shifts. The requirement is that you have another primary occupation, which must be documented with a valid and current certificate. We would like to get in touch with people with good experience in industry and machine operation. For us, the most important thing is that you have a technical interest, problem-solving abilities, and experience with counterbalance forklifts. The work benefits greatly from strong commitment, and the willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to the team is what determines success. Demand varies between day, evening, and night shifts, and we are looking for someone who can work on short notice. The need is immediate and will continue on an ongoing basis for the long term. Your Responsibilities - Monitor and operate machinery to ensure it functions efficiently and according to procedures - Operate counterbalance forklifts within the production area - Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery/equipment - Report deviations and technical issues - Replace materials and supply machinery with necessary resources What We Are Looking For To thrive in this role, we believe you enjoy working practically and maintaining order and organization. We work in close collaboration at the facility, so you should be a team player who can handle many different tasks to support daily operations. You should also be comfortable working independently. Requirements for the Position: - Certification for counterbalance forklifts and relevant experience - Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written - Ability to work at least 3 days per week Good communication skills are important for effectively reporting deviations and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
