We offer a 14-week industrial training program with a focus on building skills, developed in close collaboration with Part Group and T2 Industrial School. The training combines theory and practice to give you the knowledge demanded in modern factories that manufacture residential and building modules. The final four weeks are conducted as on-the-job training with an employer where there is an opportunity for employment after completing the training. The training is suitable for you if you are practically minded and can handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining a steady and high work pace. Through the training, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and create good conditions for future employment in a growing industry! Selection takes place on an ongoing basis. After an initial Teams interview, candidates who move forward will be presented to hiring managers, who will conduct interviews in August for the final selection for the training program. If you have experience from construction, industrial production, carpentry, skilled trades, or similar areas, you have valuable knowledge for jobs in the factories, and we are also interested in finding people with skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, and tiling.
