We offer a 14-week industrial training program focused on building skills, developed in close collaboration with Part Group and T2 Industriskola. The training combines theory and practice to give you the knowledge demanded in modern factories that manufacture residential and building modules. The last four weeks are conducted as an internship with an employer where there is potential for employment after completing the training. The training is suitable for you if you are practically minded and can handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining a steady and high work pace. Through the training, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and create good conditions for future employment in a growing industry! Selection takes place on a rolling basis. Following an initial Teams interview, candidates who advance will be presented to hiring managers, who will conduct interviews in August for the final selection for the training. If you have experience from construction, industrial production, carpentry, trades, or similar areas, you have valuable knowledge for factory work, and we are also interested in finding you with expertise in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, and tile setting.
