We are now looking for someone who wants to take comprehensive responsibility for our training initiatives – from introducing new colleagues to further training and long-term skills development.
About the Role
As a trainer, you will, among other things:
Develop and conduct practical and theoretical training
Onboard new employees for an introductory period
Communicate knowledge about our resources, values, and working methods
Develop and ensure the quality of our training programs
Work closely with operations, HR, and company management
You will have the opportunity to influence content, methods, and development from the start – and help lay the foundation for a training center that strengthens both our employees and our operations over time.
Who Are We Looking For?
We believe that you:
Have experience from the crane, transport, or contracting industry
Have experience building and implementing training programs
Can teach both theoretical and practical elements
Thrive in a pedagogical role
Are organized and can adapt training to different individuals' needs
Are confident, clear, and inspiring
Have good people skills
Have trainer experience or a strong desire to develop as a trainer
It is meritorious if you have instructor certification or documented competence in, for example:
Fall protection
Safe lifting
Load coupling and signaling
YKB
Work environment
Experience as a work leader or from multiple areas of the industry is also an added bonus.
