Our key success factors are that we work together in agile teams with the departments within the authority. As a Java developer with us, you will have varied and challenging work tasks. You work daily with high-priority and strategically important IT systems alongside competent colleagues who share your interest in technology. You will be involved in developing new systems and further developing and maintaining existing systems. Our new development is done in the latest Angular version and in Spring Boot. As a solution architect, you are responsible for technical leadership in the team. The role involves balancing development work with leading, making strategic decisions, and communicating with both the team and management. Our system and information structure is complex, with extensive integration where some of the systems are also integrated with other authorities such as the Police, the Social Insurance Agency, and the Tax Agency. There are thus good opportunities to develop as a systems developer, but also the opportunity to try other roles within the IT organization.
