Your role with us
As IT Director, you play a key role in ensuring that our IT operates stably, securely, and efficiently while also evolving with the business. You lead a competent team and work closely with the organization to ensure that IT creates value in everything from daily operations to long-term development.
We are looking for you
You have many years of solid experience in IT.
You are an experienced leader who enjoys developing both people and business.
You have experience managing managers, which is a merit.
You understand and have experience in how IT creates business and operational value.
You thrive in a role where you collaborate, prioritize, and take responsibility.
You have a valid driver's license (category B).
You are a down-to-earth and pragmatic person who makes things happen. You are motivated by working in an organization where IT truly plays a crucial role.
About Jämtkraft
Jämtkraft is a Jämtland-based energy company that produces, distributes, and sells electricity and district heating. We operate on both the physical and financial electricity markets on behalf of our customers. The energy we produce comes from renewable sources such as sun, wind, water, and forest. Jämtkraft is owned by the municipalities of Östersund, Krokom, and Åre, and together we have approximately 470 employees.

Other information
Base location is in Östersund, and we expect that you live or will be relocating to the region.
