Bebru preschool educational institution "Bitīte" is hiring an EDUCATION PSYCHOLOGIST We invite a responsive, professional, and child-needs-oriented education psychologist to join our team at our preschool educational institution. Position: 0.4 FTE Job Responsibilities: provide psychological support to preschool-aged children; conduct emotional and psychological development assessments of children; consult with child parents and preschool educators; help address children's behavioral, adaptation, communication, and emotional difficulties; collaborate with the preschool educator team and support specialists; prepare recommendations to promote child development; participate in creating a favorable and inclusive environment at the institution. Requirements for Candidates: higher education in psychology (preferably in the field of educational and school psychology); "Possible collaboration with psychology master's program students, evaluating the candidate's suitability and professional competence." compliance with professional requirements for psychologist activities; good communication and collaboration skills; empathetic and responsible attitude toward children and families; ability to independently organize work and make professional decisions; desirable experience working with preschool-aged children.
