Education and School PSYCHOLOGIST Limbažu vidusskola Reg.No. 4413901881 invites a motivated, creative, and goal-oriented colleague to join our team - Education Psychologist Main Job Responsibilities: • provide psychological assistance to students; • conduct psychological assessments of students and prepare evaluations; • plan and implement work in accordance with the educational programs implemented at the Institution; • consult Institution staff, students, and student parents on resolving psychological issues; • collaborate with Institution management, teachers, and parents to develop and implement student support measures, actively participate in the Support team's work; • collaborate with other institutions in resolving student matters; • build positive cooperation with parents and colleagues. Requirements for Candidates: • confirmation of independent professional psychology practice – higher education diploma for completing an accredited bachelor's degree program and accredited master's degree program in psychology, with at least one of these programs being a professional study program; • registration in the psychologists' register and psychologist certification in education and school psychology; • compliance with requirements of Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; • completed professional competence development program for teachers "Special Knowledge in Child Rights Protection"; • state language proficiency in accordance with State Language Law requirements; • competencies: psychological resilience and high communication culture; • ability to analyze and respectfully resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance; • ability to justify decisions made or actions taken; • good computer skills; We Offer: • professional development opportunities; • interesting work in a friendly team; • salary - EUR 1566 per workload (40 h); • health insurance after the probation period; • if necessary, assistance with housing matters.
