Work hours: 32 hours per week. Requirements for candidates: education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 from September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Improving Teachers' Professional Competence". Priority job responsibilities: 1. Lead the work of the educational institution's methodological commission and monitor the quality of its implementation. 2. Collaborate with subject teachers, students, parents of students, and district methodologists to ensure improvement of educational quality. 3. Evaluate student academic performance, study and analyze its dynamics, developing suggestions for methodological improvements. 4. Provide methodological support to teachers. 5. Organize methodological days, promoting the sharing of best practice examples. 6. Follow current changes in pedagogy and systematically share updates with teachers. 7. Implement support measures and provide consultations to teachers on educational quality development issues. Competencies and skills required to perform job duties: 1. Ability to plan and organize your work in accordance with the educational institution's goals and objectives. 2. High responsibility for your work, chosen work methods, approaches, and results. 3. High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and communication culture. 4. Ability to build professional cooperation with educational institution employees, students, their parents, and employees of other institutions. 5. Ability to work in a team. 6. Ability to work with information technologies. 7. High responsibility for observing professional ethics. We offer: 1. Employment for an indefinite period. 2.
