DOBELES VALSTS ĢIMNĀZIJA invites applications for the position of EDUCATIONAL METHODOLOGIST starting from the 2026/2027 academic year REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: • Education in accordance with Regulation No. 569 of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Pedagogues' Professional Competence"; • Proficiency in the state language at the highest level; • At least 3 years of pedagogical work experience in an educational institution; • Experience in organizing methodological work, planning and conducting teacher professional development activities (desirable); • Ability to analyze and interpret data (learning achievement results, survey data, self-assessment results) and use them for improving education quality; • Ability to develop methodological materials and draft regulatory documents; • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to make independent decisions within the scope of competence; • Ability to plan and prioritize work, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously; • Psychological resilience and high standards of interpersonal communication.
