PreRep is growing and is now opening operations in Gävle! Do you want to work hands-on with IT and have a varied day alternating between the workshop and working on-site with customers? PreRep is now seeking an IT Technician. The role is varied and combines practical IT work in the workshop with deliveries, installations, and on-site customer work. Responsibilities You will work on troubleshooting, repairing and installing computers, as well as delivering and replacing computers, monitors, docking stations and other peripherals for our customers. The role also involves customer and end-user contact. Who We're Looking For We're mainly looking for someone who is technically interested, responsible and service-oriented. You are practical by nature, meticulous in your work, and comfortable working both independently and with others. Prior experience in IT or technical work is a plus, but not required. You don't need to know everything from the start – much can be learned! For us, the right attitude, commitment, and desire to develop are just as important as prior experience. With us, you'll have the opportunity to develop in the role and take part in relevant training to build on your skills. Desirable qualifications: Experience in IT or technical work Experience troubleshooting, repairing or installing computers Experience in service or customer contact A class B driver's license is required, as the position involves deliveries and on-site customer work. Depending on the customer and assignment, a background check may also be required before working in certain environments. Position Type: Full-time Location: Gävle Start Date: By agreement.
