We are looking for an experienced IT technician with a focus on a major initiative within IT infrastructure and information security. In this role, you will be part of an agile team responsible for the daily delivery and further development of PKI services. You will work with certificate management, automation, updates, troubleshooting and renewal of certificates, as well as contribute to ensuring stable, secure and robust PKI services. You will work closely with both team members and architects to develop technical solutions based on business and service requirements. An important part of the role is to contribute to requirements breakdown and translate features into concrete stories and tasks that can be completed by the team. Key Responsibilities: Participate in daily PKI delivery by managing, renewing, troubleshooting and quality assuring certificates. Contribute to development, automation and improvement of PKI and infrastructure services. Work with updates and improvements with a focus on security, stability and traceability. Document existing and new PKI solutions and develop procedures and technical operational and process documentation. Participate in requirements analysis and breakdown of features together with the team and architects. Contribute to technical solution design and provide support in PKI-related technical matters. Troubleshoot and analyze incidents and issues related to PKI services and certificates. Collaborate with other technical teams and stakeholders to ensure quality and continuity in delivery. Required Qualifications: At least 4 years of current professional experience within PKI, including experience with requirements specification in the field. Current and solid experience in PKI and certificates, with the ability to work independently and provide guidance on technical matters. Certification in PKI and information security, or several years of relevant professional experience deemed equivalent. Good experience in developing processes, procedures and technical documentation. Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. Desirable Qualifications: Certification or equivalent expertise in Hardware Security Modules (HSM). Current experience establishing or further developing PKI environments and PKI infrastructure in larger organizations. At least 2 years of current and relevant experience with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow. At least 5 years of current and relevant experience from public sector or large organizations with complex IT environments. Experience developing and managing IT infrastructure services using agile methods. Experience with automation within PKI or infrastructure services.
