About the Operation
Do you have experience working with on-site support and want to continue developing in this area? Then this is a great opportunity for you! Our IT Support team is looking for an IT technician for our frontline support.
IT Support's mission is to deliver high-quality and secure IT services to the region's operations. Deliveries occur through projects, management, and support for complex and vital operations. IT also works extensively as a client organization, as the region's IT operations are managed by an external provider.
Approximately 90 people work within IT, all with varying backgrounds and experience. We strive for an open work environment where we help each other develop. This means that as an employee, while sharing your experience, you gain access to an incredible breadth and range of expertise in your daily work with your colleagues. As a member of the frontline support team, you will work together with your colleagues to receive, process, and troubleshoot IT-related cases. Our operations are primarily located in Sundsvall, Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik, and Sollefteå.
We are now seeking an IT technician for a full-time temporary position through 2027-09-30. Start date as soon as agreed.
Job Duties
This position suits you if you have experience with user support, have a strong interest in IT, and want to do your best to support users. As an IT technician, your job duties will include:
Receiving, processing, and troubleshooting incoming IT-related cases via phone, email, and the self-service portal
Troubleshooting cases for users
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Has completed upper secondary education
Has experience working with technical support and service, or alternatively other work experience that the employer considers equivalent
Has previous work experience from larger organizations, such as a municipality or region
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speaking and writing
Has a Category B driver's license
It is a merit if you:
Have previous experience implementing, troubleshooting, and further developing Cisco video conferencing solutions in business-critical environments
