About the Kungsklippeskolan Rector's Area The Kungsklippeskolan rector's area is located near Stuvsta commuter train station and consists of two schools: Kungsklippeskolan and Kräpplaskolan. Kungsklippeskolan is an F–9 school with approximately 450 students, and Kräpplaskolan is an F–3 school with approximately 110 students, both with after-school activities. Job Responsibilities As an IT technician, you have a central role in the school's daily operations and are responsible for ensuring that the digital environment supports teaching and learning. The work involves close collaboration with school management, educators, students, and other staff. Your responsibilities include: providing ongoing user support to staff and students managing the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment such as computers, tablets, printers, projectors, and networks managing accounts, permissions, and basic system administration working with the school's digital environment in collaboration with the central IT organization and external vendors contributing to the appropriate use of digital tools in teaching working with school management to plan and implement necessary IT equipment purchases. You contribute to creating an accessible, secure, and pedagogically adapted IT environment for the school's operations. Qualifications We Are Looking For Education Post-secondary education in IT or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Professional Experience Experience working as an IT technician or in IT support. Knowledge good knowledge of computers, networks, user support, and digital equipment good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish Merits previous experience working as an IT technician in a school environment a background in education, formal training, or experience working close to primary school instruction familiarity with Google Workspace, Office 365, and school platforms such as Vklass.
