About Us Swenska kyrkan in Norrköping's pastorate is now seeking an IT technician with a facilities focus who wants to help develop our digital environment and ensure stable, secure, and future-proof IT operations. Norrköping's pastorate is a vibrant organization with many different operations and meeting places. The position is located at the pastorate's administrative office and belongs to the facilities department, which consists of six employees. The office has about 20 people working in areas such as finance, HR, payroll, administration, facilities management, and IT. About the Position This is a broad role for someone who wants to combine operational IT work with long-term development. You have overall responsibility for the pastorate's IT environment and work closely with operations, management, and external suppliers to ensure that our systems and solutions meet the organization's needs. You are responsible for both operations and support as well as development, security, and digitalization. The role involves many contact points where you are expected to understand the organization's needs and translate them into efficient, sustainable, and secure IT solutions. Your assignment also includes user-facing IT administration. You ensure that new employees receive the right IT equipment and access rights, administer user accounts, and ensure that systems and registers are kept up-to-date and well-organized. As part of the facilities department, you also work with the pastorate's technical building systems. Many of our facilities are equipped with modern technology for operations monitoring, heating and ventilation control, as well as alarm and access systems. Together with your colleagues in facilities management, you contribute to ensuring that these systems function stably, securely, and efficiently. In this role, you report to the facilities manager and become an important resource for the entire pastorate. Examples of Responsibilities Responsible for operation, maintenance, and development of the pastorate's IT environment Provide support and technical assistance to users Administer user accounts, access rights, and IT equipment Coordinate and monitor cooperation with external IT suppliers Work with IT security, system management, and digital development Responsible for budgeting, planning, and follow-up within IT Participate in work with technical systems connected to the pastorate's facilities Contribute to development and improvement of digital work methods Who Are You? We Are Looking for Someone With Post-secondary education in IT, data technology, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience Several years of experience working in IT in a broad role with both technical and operational responsibility Experience with budget work and cost tracking Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing Driver's license category B It is a merit if you have experience with building technical systems such as control and regulation technology, operations monitoring, alarm or access systems.
