About the Position
Swedish grid operator's IT support team consists of 15 people who support the entire organization on IT-related matters through various roles. The team is primarily composed of infrastructure specialists and IT technicians with different specializations. This position is designed for someone with interest and experience in AV technology.
All IT technicians in the team are responsible for case management across Swedish grid operator. This includes user support, managing orders, documenting solutions and procedures, training and information dissemination, as well as developing processes and workflows. With your specialization in broadcast technology, your responsibilities will also include:
Managing and supporting internal and external broadcasts, both digital and physical.
Handling cases related to clients, operating systems, conference room and meeting technology (AV technology) according to SLA and delivery times.
Ensuring proper information, classification, and prioritization of cases in our case management system.
About You
Collaboration is the foundation of everything in our support team. We work together to solve issues and develop our processes. In your role, you will also collaborate extensively with other personnel at the organization on matters related to AV and broadcast technology.
As an expert in your field, you will need to remain calm and assured in situations that arise related to, for example, live broadcasts and large meetings. The challenges that arise do not always have standard solutions, so you will need to use your problem-solving ability and creativity to move forward.

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in IT or at least 5 years of work experience in IT as an IT technician/support technician.
Other requirements for the position include:
Experience with broadcasts/streaming, broadcast technology, and video production.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software related to clients and AV technology.
Experience troubleshooting peripherals such as printers, monitors, and booking screens.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
B-class driver's license.
Meritorious qualifications for the position:
Education in broadcast technology, video production, and streaming or similar.
Experience working with ServiceNow as a case management system.
Experience working with Microsoft 365.

The position is located in Sundbyberg/Stockholm.
