IT Technician

The Digitalization Department is part of the regional administration and consists of 65 employees who provide internal IT services to the entire region and support the administrations with digital development. IT Support is a unit within the Digitalization Department that provides service and support to all the region's operations in the areas of product supply, telephony, licenses, and identities/permissions. The unit consists of 14 employees. You will be part of the product supply team, which consists of five engaging and positive colleagues. We are now seeking an IT Technician for our warehouse function, which consists of two employees in a well-functioning team. We offer solid training and opportunities for development. Your responsibilities In your role as an IT Technician with us, your responsibilities will consist of: Client image management. Delivery and configuration of new hardware as well as recovery of used hardware. Hardware and software support. Management of inventory records. Inventory management and warehousing. Software installations via management tools. AD administration of clients. Electronic waste sorting. Scripting (PowerShell). Ordering software licenses. Who are you? We would appreciate it if you have secondary-level IT education and preferably work experience in the IT sector. You have a driver's license for manual transmission. You have good IT knowledge with a strong interest in IT. You speak and write Swedish well. As a person, we believe you are positive, service-oriented, responsive, enjoy working in a team, learn easily, and are comfortable working directly with end customers. You should be able to solve problems independently and take your own initiative. Since you will be working in a large IT operations organization, it is important that you have a good ability to work in a structured manner with tasks such as technical documentation and case management.
