Our customer in Östersund is seeking several IT support technicians for their service desk. You will become part of a great team where you work together to deliver world-class service. Your responsibilities As an IT support technician, you will work in first-line support, helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues. Your responsibilities include, among others, but are not limited to: • Manage user accounts in Active Directory • Administer services in Microsoft 365 • Troubleshoot issues in Windows environments • Support customer-specific applications • Receive and register tickets in a ticket management system Your profile We are looking for someone who: • Has good technical understanding • Enjoys helping others and strives to provide a good customer experience • Is organized and has an easy time organizing your work, even at a fast pace Requirements • Good knowledge of tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Teamviewer • Practical experience in IT support and/or service desk • High communication and pedagogical skills • Fluent Swedish and English – both spoken and written Merits • Driver's license Background Check For this position, a background check will be conducted before employment. This means we will conduct a UC check and request an excerpt from the criminal record, which must be without remarks. Salary: For this role, we apply a salary range of 21,300–24,000 kr/month, depending on experience, competence, and collective agreement. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
