The Business Development Department currently consists of three IT units responsible for operations, management, system, business, and process development. We work with both custom-developed solutions and standard systems and are responsible for PTS's IT systems, websites, and e-services, as well as supporting the agency in streamlining and developing our working methods. During the year, several new system implementations will take place while a new organization will be developed to take effect at the turn of the year 2026/27 when a merger with Digg will occur. The new agency will double the total number of employees working with IT. In connection with this, both the role and organizational unit may change somewhat.
