We are looking for you who have: Relevant upper secondary education 1-3 years of experience as an IT technician Knowledge of ticketing systems General knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks and information security Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Who are you? We believe you are a flexible and responsible person with a technical interest. We see that you are thorough, service-oriented and good at communicating with different types of people.
