IT Support Technician / Helpdesk
Do you want to be part of developing our IT support? We are looking for an engaged and self-driven IT support technician who will play a central role in our internal IT helpdesk. You will work closely with the business and contribute to creating an efficient, user-friendly, and well-functioning IT environment.
This is a role where you get the opportunity to influence how our IT support operates and be part of developing routines, processes, and working methods.
Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will support your colleagues at our headquarters in Karlstad, as well as colleagues throughout Sweden. In the role, you will work with:
- Providing support to company users through our IT helpdesk.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, and printers.
- Administration and troubleshooting in Microsoft environments.
- Management of user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory.
- Support for our sales team who use Android-based tablets in their daily work.
- Documenting solutions and contributing to improving our support processes.
- Participating in the development and optimization of the company's IT support.
Who Are You?
To succeed in this role, you need to be humble and have good collaboration skills. You are someone who enjoys being able to help and assist your colleagues.
We are looking for you who:
- Have experience working in IT support or helpdesk.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft client and server environments.
- Have experience with Active Directory and user administration.
- Have experience installing and troubleshooting computers, laptops, and printers.
- Have a self-driven and structured way of working with great personal initiative.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
Desirable:
- Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of the business system Jeeves.
- Experience supporting Android devices and mobile work tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, or Entra ID.
