Akkodis in Gothenburg is currently seeking a junior support technician for a scheduled part-time position with one of our largest customers in technical customer support. The assignment is primarily scheduled for the beginning of the week (Monday–Wednesday) with work shifts that can be full or half days. Alternatively, there is an opportunity to work morning shifts Monday–Friday, depending on your preferences and availability. We strive to adapt the schedule based on your preferences and availability, which makes the position easy to combine with, for example, studies or other commitments. There is currently no need for evening or weekend work. About the Role As a support technician, you will be an important part of delivering our customer's services to end users. You will help users solve IT-related problems and ensure that they can perform their work without technical obstacles. Your work tasks include, among other things: Receive tickets via phone, email, and chat. Assist with user and password management, Microsoft Office questions, Windows, VPN issues, Active Directory, and more. Provide clear, friendly, and educational support to create a positive customer experience. The role is located in Torslanda, Gothenburg, in an open office landscape where you work close to the team. We are looking for someone who can contribute extra during weekdays with high workload. The part-time position comprises approximately 10–24 hours per week, depending on your availability, and can be combined with studies, your own business, or another part-time job. During summer and holiday periods, there is an opportunity for full-time work. We are Looking For You If You Have a strong interest in IT, problem-solving, and helping others. Stay calm and find solutions even in stressful situations. Meritorious Experience: Education in IT (upper secondary, KY, or YH). Knowledge of Active Directory and ServiceNow.
