We are now seeking an IT Strategy Manager focused on ensuring stable, secure, and long-term sustainable management and development of Skånes Kommuner's shared digital services, systems, and technical environments. Do you have several years of experience in IT management and systems administration? Do you have the ability to combine strategic and operational work and are you experienced in working at the intersection of IT, operations, and vendor relationships? Do you want to take responsibility for comprehensive governance of the organization's IT and digital environment? If so, this role might be for you.

WORK TASKS
As an IT Strategy Manager with us, you will be responsible for the organization's overall IT and the functional area of digital services. You will provide strategic support to management and operations on IT matters, and also to colleagues in contact and relations with external IT vendors and partners. Together with other relevant functions, you will manage and develop the organization's internal IT, and also participate in the development and coordination of systems that are used by Skåne's 33 municipalities through Skånes Kommuner.
You will be a central link between technology and operations, which means you work closely with your colleagues such as service managers, strategists, quality handlers, and procurement specialists. The role involves great variety in tasks, ranging from strategic questions about system and integration development, management and prioritization, to ensuring stable operations, continuity, and technical sustainability.
QUALIFICATIONS

You have good technical knowledge and are comfortable working closely with users and vendors to ensure quality and value.
Qualifications:
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Several years of experience in IT management and systems administration
• Experience with complex system environments and integrations
• Good understanding of information security and the public sector
• Experience with vendor management and procurement
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Meritorious:
• Experience from municipal operations or collaboration organization.
