We are now looking for an IT Service Manager at a leading Swedish technology and defense company that develops advanced technical solutions for a safer world. Your responsibilities As an IT Service Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing IT delivery within your area. You become an important link between different parts of the organization and work closely with colleagues, project managers, service owners, business areas, and other stakeholders. The role suits you if you enjoy creating structure, building good relationships, and getting different parts to work together toward common goals. You will, among other things: Plan, coordinate, and follow up on IT deliveries within your area of responsibility Support the service owner in the budgeting process and follow-up Ensure that operational activities are carried out according to agreements, needs, and agreed requirements Identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement and drive actions forward Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient IT delivery Follow up and report on quality, cost, and performance Create and maintain good collaborations with colleagues, the business, and other stakeholders Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of work methods and IT services Your profile We are looking for someone with experience in IT Service Management, coordination, or similar roles where you have been responsible for keeping deliveries together and creating structure between different stakeholders. You have a holistic perspective and are used to driving activities forward, following up on deliveries, and managing multiple contact points in parallel. You have an easy time building trust and enjoy a role where communication and collaboration are central parts of your day-to-day work. We would like to see that you have: Experience in IT Service Management or similar coordinating role Experience in coordinating IT deliveries and maintenance activities Ability to work structurally with follow-up of quality, cost, and performance Experience with risk management and improvement work Good communication skills in both Swedish and English Experience with agile methods and approaches As a person, you are solution-oriented, structured, and communicative. You enjoy creating order and context and have an easy time collaborating with people from different roles and perspectives. You are comfortable coordinating multiple activities at the same time and have the ability to see both the details and the bigger picture. You are motivated by creating security and clarity for others and are a person who willingly takes responsibility for getting things done.
