Do you want to make a difference in a mission-critical assignment and contribute to a safe and secure Sweden? Teracom is responsible for some of Sweden's most critical networks, including the terrestrial network for TV and radio, VMA (Important Message to the Public), and Rakel, Sweden's emergency services network. We are now looking for a committed and driven IT Security Specialist for our Security Operations Center (SOC). In this role, you will be a key person in protecting Teracom's networks, systems, and critical infrastructure. About the role · Operations, maintenance, and development of SOC and SIEM platforms. · Monitoring of networks, servers, and systems with a focus on security. · Investigation and follow-up of security events and incidents. · Security audits and continuity management. · Integration and improvement of security solutions and tools, such as IDS/IPS, alerts, and logs. · Environmental monitoring and development of processes for security oversight. · Support and guidance to the SOC's first line. Experience and qualifications · Deep understanding of IT and data communications. · Good knowledge of networks, Windows, and Linux. · Experience with incident management and follow-up. · Experience with operations and management of integrated environments. · Good communication skills in Swedish and English. Meritorious experience · Experience with security products such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, proxy, and EDR. · Experience with threat hunting. · Knowledge of log management, intrusion detection, and traffic monitoring. · Knowledge of query languages such as regex, KQL, DSL, or DQL. · Scripting in, for example, Python, PowerShell, or bash. · Understanding of container platforms. · Experience with design and development of SOC platforms. · Knowledge of machine learning.
